About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the College works as the think - tank of the college. It chalks out the yearly plans and programmes as guidelines to channelize the campus activity. The IQAC aims at benchmarking quality and taking measures to enhance and sustain quality, involving all stake holders.

Since its establishment, the IQAC of St. Xavier’s College, Simdega plays a significant role in initiating quality measures to experience excellence in Education. It primarily focuses on quality enhancement in Teaching Learning and Evaluation, Outcome based Education, Extension Activities and other core aspects that pave way for the holistic development of the students on campus. It strives to strengthen the system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of college.
