Documents to be uploaded

Kindly keep scanned copies of the:

1. A RECENT PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH (in .jpg or .png format with Maximum size 80 KB)
2. QUALIFYING MARK STATEMENT (or the official copy issued),
3. COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE (if you are an ST/SC candidate).

NOTE: The scanned copy of each document must be in black and white and within 200 KB size

Mode of Payment

You can pay the cost of application through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or By Cash at any branch of United Bank and take a receipt of payment and attach it with application form.
